About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Madison located at 14001 Madison Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64145. This part-time position involves creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, fostering an inclusive and positive environment, and actively participating in personal and professional growth. The role requires proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
