About The Position

Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner to provide direct care to residents and assist them with daily activities. The role includes personal care, maintaining proper care records, reporting changes in residents’ conditions, and communicating effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Successfully complete training as required by State regulations.
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
Ability to work responsibly as a team member and independently.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Honesty, fairness, dependability, and respect for confidentiality and others’ rights and privacy.
Meet all health requirements and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care.
Keep proper care records.
Report changes in residents’ conditions.
Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
