About The Position

Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner to provide direct care to residents at The Villas at St James in Breese, Illinois. The role supports residents with nightly activities on third shift and includes personal care, recordkeeping, and communication about residents’ needs and condition. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Successfully complete training as required by state regulations.
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
Ability to work responsibly both as a team member and independently.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Honesty, fairness, dependability, and respect for confidentiality and others’ rights and privacy.
Must meet all health requirements and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with nightly activities on third shift.
Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care.
Maintain proper care records.
Report changes in residents’ conditions.
Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
