About The Position

The Care Partner (Caregiver/Resident Assistant) provides direct care to residents and assists them with daily activities. The role includes personal care, maintaining care records, reporting changes in residents’ conditions, and interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public. The position is full-time at Worthington Manor in Conroe, Texas, with a listed hourly rate of $15.50.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successfully complete training as required by state regulations.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with older adults.
• Ability to work responsibly as a team member and independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
• Must be honest, fair, dependable, and respectful of confidentiality and others’ rights and privacy.
• Must meet all health requirements and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Maintain proper care records.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
