About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for a PRN position at The Wildwood Senior Living in Joplin, Missouri. This role involves creating human connection with residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining an inclusive and positive environment. Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
