About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 35 properties currently in 7 states and employs nearly 2,500 employees! We are looking for someone to be an “Advocate of Empathy,” creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. This role requires you to be proactive with assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
  • A positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
  • Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
