About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 35 properties currently in 7 states and employs nearly 2,500 employees! We are looking for someone to be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. You will also be a "Generous Gift Giver" by being present and someone others can count on. Additionally, be "💯" by creating an inclusive and positive environment and an "Engaged Egghead" by being curious and engaged in your development. You will proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
