About The Position

The Care Manager - Senior Care Options will provide care management services to clients, including assessing and assisting with their needs and coordinating care in a warm and compassionate environment. The role involves following through with the client's plan of care and coordinating services to ensure the highest quality of service. This position is part-time, approximately 8 hours per week, with working hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Requirements

Bachelor's degree is required.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
Drivers license in good standing.
Possess insured vehicle to travel to and from clients' homes.
Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner.
Ability to maintain composure under stress or in dealing with residents, staff, and families.
Flu vaccine required during flu season.

Responsibilities
