Licensed Social Worker (LSW) - Senior Care Options by Parker - Ocean County - (Part time) #2563
About The Position
Senior Care Options by Parker provides customized Geriatric Care Management services as well as Behavioral Health services by licensed social workers to individuals in their homes and communities across Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties. Program participants of both programs benefit from services offered in their own environment by our dedicated care partners who are committed to meeting their needs. Services will help support participants in maintaining independence in their own environment. This is a part-time role for an LSW to provide in-home geriatric counseling with a minimum caseload of 8 clients. Supervision for clinical hours is provided free with a minimum caseload. The hourly rate is $41.00.
Requirements
- Master's degree and valid LSW in the state of NJ required.
- NJ driver's license in good standing required.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years of counseling experience preferred.
- EHR knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
