About The Position

The Care Manager - Senior Care Options by Parker - Middlesex County is a part-time role responsible for providing care management services to clients in Middlesex County. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English
• Drivers license in good standing
• Possess insured vehicle to travel to and from clients homes
• Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner
• Ability to maintain composure under stress in dealing with residents, staff, and families
• Flu vaccine required during flu season

Responsibilities

• Assessing and assisting with clients' needs
• Coordinating care services
