Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English
• Drivers license in good standing
• Possess insured vehicle to travel to and from clients homes
• Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner
• Ability to maintain composure under stress or in dealing with residents, staff, and families
• Flu vaccine required during flu season
