About The Position

Monarch Communities is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Managers to assist residents with all aspects of daily life as indicated in each resident’s care plan. Duties include personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities. The role serves residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care and is led by the community’s Director of Health and Wellness. Available shifts are 6 a.m.–2 p.m. and 2 p.m.–10 p.m., with schedules of 32–37.5 hours. The listed hourly compensation is $19–$22.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in each resident’s care plan.
• Maintain residents’ safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts.
• Document all services provided to assigned residents during the shift.
• Immediately report any change in a resident’s condition to a supervisor.
