About The Position
CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Care Management Associate (CMA) to support care management and healthcare coordination programs. The associate works alongside nurses, medical directors, providers, and care teams to help ensure members receive timely, appropriate, and cost-effective healthcare services. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with no weekends or holidays except as business needs require.
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and healthcare concepts.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, including telephone support.
- Call center experience.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, care coordination, case management support, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Review and triage provider requests and member cases.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate with healthcare providers, members, and internal teams to support quality care outcomes.
- Research and resolve case-related issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Provide administrative and customer support for operations.
