The Care Coordinator acts as a role model, maintains confidentiality, and completes tasks accurately and in a timely manner. The ability to maintain clear boundaries, manage clients effectively, and interact professionally with both clients and staff is crucial. The role also involves attending staff meetings and performing additional duties as assigned by management.
