Care Coordinators are central to the patient experience, serving as the first voice patients hear and the first face they see. They help create an organized, warm, and professional experience from the initial call through each visit. This is a fast-paced, multitasking front desk role in which organization, follow-through, and ownership support both patients and the clinical team. The role includes front desk operations such as patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, insurance verification and authorization, phone calls, and referral follow-up. Care Coordinators also help maintain patient flow, collect payments, and protect patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA standards. No prior medical experience is required; comprehensive training and ongoing clinic leadership support are provided. This position is part-time, working 25–29 hours per week, with compensation of $17–$20 per hour.
