About The Position

The Care Caller provides regular outreach to program participants through scheduled phone calls, offering social support, wellness check-ins, and connection to resources. Each call typically lasts about 10–15 minutes and focuses on building rapport and supporting overall well-being. Much of your day is spent on the phone having back-to-back conversations. Some participants are very talkative, while others may be quiet or difficult to engage. You may hear about personal challenges, including loneliness or health concerns.
