About The Position
As a Care Associate, you are responsible for providing the high level of care and comfort residents expect. You assist residents with activities of daily living while building meaningful connections with them. The role includes safe transfers, help with personal hygiene, memory-care stimulation, and social interaction. Care Associates are expected to show a passion for serving seniors and contribute to a positive environment residents are proud to call home.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- CNA or HHA certification in the applicable state.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Build meaningful connections with residents.
- Provide safe transfers and assistance with personal hygiene.
- Provide memory-care stimulation and social interaction.
- Contribute to a positive environment for residents.
