About The Position
Schedules and assists with diagnostic cardiac evaluations, including EKGs, treadmill testing, arm and bicycle ergometer testing, nuclear studies, Holter monitoring, signal average testing, and personal wellness profiles. Patients may range from neonates and children to adults and geriatric patients. The position is listed as PRN/Resource and has work hours of 6 PM–6:30 AM.
Requirements
- High school diploma, equivalent education (GED), or post-secondary education.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience as a Cardiology Technician.
- Certification such as EKG, CNA, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and assist with performance of EKGs, treadmill testing, arm and bicycle ergometer testing, nuclear studies, Holter monitoring, signal average testing, and personal wellness profiles.
- Support diagnostic cardiac evaluation for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
