About The Position
Schedules and assists with diagnostic cardiac testing and monitoring for patients, including neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The position includes overnight hours from 6 PM to 6:30 AM and is listed as PRN/Resource.
Requirements
- High school diploma, equivalent education (GED), or post-secondary education.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience as a Cardiology Technician.
- Certification such as EKG, CNA, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and assist with performance of EKGs, treadmill testing, arm and bicycle ergometer testing, nuclear studies, Holter monitoring, signal average testing, and personal wellness profiles for diagnostic cardiac evaluation.
- Provide testing and monitoring for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
