About The Position

This role is for a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Telehealth, based in Philadelphia, PA. After an initial training period, the position becomes fully remote. The NP will manage their own panel of low-acuity cardiac patients, handling conditions such as HTN, CHF, CAD, and lipid disorders. Responsibilities include medication adjustments using established protocols, ordering labs and imaging, documenting in the EMR without after-hours charting, and coordinating with cardiologists and care teams. The role emphasizes ownership of patient panel outcomes and aims to keep cardiac patients stable and out of the hospital while reducing specialist overload.

Requirements

• Active NP license in MD or PA (or willing to obtain)
• 2+ years cardiology experience
• Complete 4–6 weeks onsite training in MD or PA
• Comfortable leading independent telehealth visits

Nice To Haves

• Prior telehealth experience
• Large health system experience
