About The Position

The Cardinals Crew Gameday Greeter helps create a welcoming, positive experience for fans attending Arizona Cardinals home games and events. Team members greet guests, provide directions and basic event information, distribute materials, and help visitors locate accessibility services. The role is designed to offer meaningful, structured gameday responsibilities for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, with appropriate job coaching, supervision, and reasonable accommodations.

This is a part-time, seasonal position. Work primarily takes place during Cardinals home games and special events, with typical shifts on Sunday mornings and afternoons. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required. Paid training camps, team meetings, and volunteer and public appearance opportunities are also part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Offer directions to seating areas, concession stands, restrooms, and other stadium locations.
• Distribute informational materials, promotional items, or event guides as assigned.
• Provide basic event information and answer guest questions.
• Assist guests in locating accessibility services and amenities.
• Maintain a positive guest experience through excellent customer service.
• Follow stadium safety, security, and guest service procedures.
• Report guest concerns or unusual situations to a job coach and/or supervisor.
• Interact respectfully and positively with guests, job coaches, teammates, and stadium staff.
• Participate in pre-gameday training and team meetings.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Arizona Cardinals positively.
