About The Position

Northside Hospital is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech to assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, pacemaker and ICD insertions, electrophysiology procedures, and other miscellaneous procedures. The role involves operating physiologic/hemodynamic monitoring computers and/or scrubbing for invasive cardiac and vascular procedures. The position provides care to adult and geriatric patients.

Requirements

• Have one year of prior interventional experience in Cath/Radiology, or two years of prior diagnostic lab experience in Cath/Radiology, or an associate degree in a Health Science Program, or completion of an accredited Technology program (CVT/Radiology with appropriate specialization).
• Hold ARRT certification or RCIS.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of four years of recent experience in an interventional cardiac cath lab.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
