This job is responsible for driving business development and sales activities for the Credit Card business. Key responsibilities include directly or indirectly managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales goals for smaller, mid-sized accounts and/or portfolios, contributing to new product development and aiding in corporate development or portfolio acquisition activities as needed. Job expectations include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and negotiating and closing sales to drive business with existing clients and prospects. This role is responsible for managing aspects of a strategic co-brand airline credit card partnership. The associate will work closely with airline partners and internal stakeholders on overall program performance. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, administrative and control support, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting marketing and customer experience strategies, and ensuring alignment between partner objectives and business goals. Success in this role requires strong relationship management, communication, and influencing skills, along with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the partner organization and collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver results in a complex, highly matrixed environment.
