This job is responsible for driving business development and sales activities for the Credit Card business. Key responsibilities include directly or indirectly managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales goals for smaller, mid-sized accounts and/or portfolios, contributing to new product development and aiding in corporate development or portfolio acquisition activities as needed. Job expectations include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and negotiating and closing sales to drive business with existing clients and prospects. This role will drive portfolio performance through analysis of customer behavior, campaign results, financial metrics, and emerging trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the Cobrand partner to evaluate performance, strengthen strategic goals, and support initiatives that enhance customer engagement and business results. Leverage data-driven insights and recommendations to influence portfolio strategy, guide decision-making, and deliver mutual value for both the company and co-brand partner.
