About The Position

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused team members to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role is suited to people who enjoy interacting with customers and working in a fast-paced environment, and offers opportunities to build skills and advance within the organization.

Team members provide customer service, support sales and membership growth, maintain the facility and equipment, help optimize vehicle throughput, follow safety and regulatory requirements, perform housekeeping, and monitor inventory for chemicals and supplies. The role involves outdoor work in varied weather, extended periods of standing and walking, and possible exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations, such as making change, at an eighth-grade level.
• Have flexible availability to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays; working at least one weekend day is required.
• Be able to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
• Be able to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to work outdoors in weather ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
• Be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods.
• Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Use an on-site electronic tablet to recite standard customer service greetings.
• Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Help keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and operational.
• Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput and minimize wait times.
• Follow company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
