About The Position

Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Car Wash Team Member to provide professional, upbeat customer service and support daily car wash operations. The role involves greeting customers, selling car washes, collecting payments, directing vehicle traffic, preparing vehicles for the wash, maintaining clean customer areas, and following safety procedures. Team members may also promote other dealership services, particularly detail packages. The position offers a clean and safe work environment and starting wages of $17 per hour.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in an upbeat and professional manner.
• Greet customers and sell car washes pleasantly and professionally.
• Use materials such as water, cleaning agents, brushes, and cloths.
• Keep traffic flowing evenly into the wash and direct traffic out at the end.
• Remove protective plastic from windshield wipers and adjust mirrors and license plates when needed.
• Keep customer areas clean.
• Follow safety precautions and report equipment problems.
• Operate a cash register and collect customer payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle multiple customers and priorities in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Cross-promote other dealership services, particularly detail packages.
