About The Position

Tagg-N-Go Car Wash is hiring a full-time Car Wash Lead to support the Site Manager in leading the team and delivering a positive customer experience. The role oversees daily car wash operations, helps train and develop team members, supports customer service, promotes safety, maintains site appearance and equipment, and helps ensure company policies are followed. Work is performed outdoors in varying temperatures, and hours may vary with weather; scheduled hours are not guaranteed because operational needs can change with weather conditions. The listed pay range is $16.00–$19.00.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of Shift Lead or management experience.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Engaging personality; dependability, honesty, and reliability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on one's feet.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to climb and work from ladders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in leading the team and creating a positive, memorable customer experience.
• Participate in the training program and help train new and existing team members in customer service.
• Oversee car wash operations to help ensure efficiency and that vehicles are properly prepared for washing.
• Direct drivers safely, identify potential challenges, and help protect customers and staff.
• Maintain the site's appearance through regular cleaning tasks.
• Answer customer questions, explain available services, and address concerns professionally.
• Prepare vehicles for washing by securing wipers, pushing in mirrors, and identifying potential issues such as truck beds.
• Monitor wash operations and equipment, identify areas for improvement, and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Ensure customers and staff follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruitment, performance reviews, discipline, and dismissals.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and help ensure systems run smoothly.
• Take on other duties as needed to support the team and car wash operations.
