Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Be able to use a CRM and source and follow up on leads.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of prior automotive sales experience; new-car franchise experience is preferred but not required.
In-depth knowledge of CRM use, preferably DriveCentric.
MOPAR experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, identify their needs, and explain how those needs relate to a new vehicle.
Show customers the features of their new vehicle and explain how it operates.
Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
Negotiate sales transactions.
Attend training and sales meetings.
Complete sales transaction paperwork.
