About The Position

Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to deliver customer service and guide clients through the vehicle-buying process. The role is commission-based with unlimited earning potential. Automotive experience is not required, and training and ongoing support are provided. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Be willing to learn and help customers.
Be able to source and follow up on leads.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of automotive sales experience; new-car franchise experience is preferred but not required.
In-depth knowledge of CRM use, preferably DriveCentric.
MOPAR experience.
Prior customer-facing or sales experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, identify their needs, and explain how those needs translate to a new vehicle.
Show customers the features of their new vehicle and explain how it operates.
Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
Negotiate sales transactions.
Attend training and sales meetings.
Complete sales transaction paperwork.
