About The Position

JLL is hiring a summer intern for its Capital Markets group in Boston. The intern will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment alongside analysts, supporting investment and acquisition work and gaining exposure to commercial real estate through research, writing, and market analysis. The internship runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027, and is performed on-site in Boston, Massachusetts. JLL does not provide relocation assistance or housing for the internship, and the position does not provide visa sponsorship.

Requirements

Currently a college or university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
Permanent U.S. work authorization; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and a team-player attitude.
Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

Prepare and write market research by obtaining and analyzing market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
Support valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
Assist with transaction due diligence.
Help design and prepare marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by creating charts and other graphics.
Provide general team assistance, including gathering data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
