The Capacity Optimization Project Manager is a travel-heavy, operations-focused role supporting warehouse capacity needs and facility launches across the assigned East region. The role serves as a central point of contact for day-to-day operations during site turn-ups, facility turndowns, 3PL swaps, and building transfers, traveling up to 50% to provide on-site support. The position guides 3PL partners through standardized execution and maintains project tracking and site audit support without directing labor planning or finance. The Project Manager coordinates milestones and task completion through a centralized project management platform and playbook, maintains trackers and workflow systems, identifies and escalates risks, and provides regional reporting to stakeholders. Working with the unified East and West team and cross-functional partners, the role refines standard processes, checks timeline feasibility, and keeps Logistics Operations Managers informed of risks and progress.
