Responsibilities

Develop and execute carrier sales strategies to consistently exceed 10 loads per business day, driving revenue growth.
Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with carriers and logistics providers to manage transportation costs effectively.
Utilize transportation management systems (TMS), load boards, and relevant software to optimize carrier selection and booking.
Monitor carrier performance and enforce service level agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Address and resolve carrier-related issues including delays, damaged goods, and pricing disputes promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance logistics operations, uncover cost-saving opportunities, and improve efficiency.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with carriers to support mutual success and high service standards.
Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on additional duties as necessary.
Prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and targets.
Maintain a proactive, results-oriented mindset focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
