About The Position

Momentum Solar is seeking a certified and experienced corporate trainer to help new hires and employees develop their skills and knowledge. The trainer conducts informative training sessions, promotes company efficiency, and improves personnel skills. Compensation includes a $50,000 starting salary, access to the standard representative compensation plan ($150 per personal sale, $50 per personal demo, and all bonus tiers), and $100 commission per trainee sale. Travel reimbursements include $40 per diem, hotel accommodations, and $0.30 per mile for travel expenses.

The ideal candidate communicates complex ideas effectively to different audiences, is highly organized, manages time well, is proficient in Microsoft Suite software, and has excellent public speaking skills.

Requirements

• Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a teaching position.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Ability to describe complicated ideas effectively to different audiences.
• Certified and experienced corporate trainer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
• Train and guide new employees.
• Follow and implement an effective training curriculum.
• Memorize scripts verbatim and role-play conversationally.
• Present hard-copy training materials, including module summaries, videos, and presentations.
