About The Position
goFLUENT is hiring a Corporate English Trainer to help business professionals from diverse industries build communication skills. Trainers deliver live online English lessons to professionals at international companies, including executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, and scientists. Lessons are conducted one-on-one and in small groups using goFLUENT’s established teaching methodology. The position is fully remote and freelance, with flexible online teaching hours and a preference for a daytime schedule. A minimum of 30 hours per week is specified.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfort teaching via video conferencing platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused approach.
- A dedicated, stable workspace for remote work.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
- PC or laptop: Windows 10 or later, or Mac with Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma.
- For PC: Intel Core i5 12th generation, Core i7 11th generation, or equivalent and above; for Mac: MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with M1 chip.
- At least 8 GB RAM and 20 GB of free disk space.
Nice To Haves
- Experience teaching or training adults is preferred.
- Corporate or professional experience is an advantage.
