About The Position

As a Canvasser, you’ll meet with homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level sales role focused on generating interest through a positive first impression; canvassers are not expected to close deals. You’ll introduce homeowners to Mad City Windows & Baths and its window, bath, and kitchen solutions, answer basic questions, and schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for In-Home Sales Representatives.

The role offers a starting pay of $20 per hour, uncapped performance-based bonuses, paid training from day one, and career-growth opportunities, including a Manager in Training program and a pipeline to in-home sales. No sales experience is required. The position involves active outdoor work in local neighborhoods during the day.

• Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful but not required.
