About The Position

TIMEPROOFUSA is hiring a Canvasser to represent the company in local neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to its roofing solutions. The role focuses on creating positive first impressions, educating homeowners about roofing products, qualifying interested prospects, and scheduling follow-up appointments for Sales Representatives. It does not require closing sales at the door.

This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Thursday and Saturday, with Fridays and Sundays off. The posting also calls for flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Canvassers receive paid training and mentorship, and may have opportunities to advance to Team Lead, Field Trainer, Field Marketing Manager, or Regional Marketing Director.

Requirements

• Charismatic, outgoing personality suited to fast-paced, people-oriented environments.
• Strong communication skills, including clear, persuasive, and confident face-to-face interactions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to commute to assigned territories.
• Ability to submit to and pass a background check.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners at the door in a professional, energetic, and confident manner.
• Conduct brief product demonstrations and educate prospects about TIMEPROOFUSA’s roofing services without pressure selling.
• Qualify interested homeowners and schedule follow-up appointments for Sales Representatives.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly goals for leads generated, lead quality, and productivity.
• Address objections and explain the benefits of residential roofing projects.
