About The Position

Aspen Contracting is hiring Canvassers to work in local Kansas neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to the company, and schedule free exterior property inspections for the Sales team. This is a field-based, full-time W-2 role with local travel throughout an assigned Kansas territory. Training is provided virtually by the Regional Canvassing leadership team, with paid training and ongoing support. Team meetings, training, and other business activities take place at locations designated by the manager according to business needs.

Canvassers walk neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, schedule inspection appointments, and record customer information using company-provided canvassing applications on an iPad or other mobile technology. The schedule includes afternoons, evenings, and some weekends. Compensation is $17 per hour plus uncapped performance bonuses, with weekly pay. Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, reliable, self-motivated, coachable, positive, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people.
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable using an iPad and mobile applications throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including afternoons, evenings, and some weekends.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• No canvassing experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, fitness, warehouse, event staffing, or other public-facing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
