Canvasser
About The Position
The Canvasser meets homeowners in local neighborhoods, starts conversations, introduces Mad City Windows & Baths’ window, bath, and kitchen solutions, and schedules free, no-obligation in-home consultations for In-Home Sales Representatives. This is an entry-level sales role focused on generating interest and making a strong first impression; canvassers are not expected to close deals. No sales experience is required, and paid training is provided from the first day. The role offers a stated starting pay of $20 per hour plus uncapped performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for career growth, including a Manager in Training program and a path into in-home sales. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
