About The Position

The Canvasser meets homeowners in local neighborhoods, starts conversations, introduces Mad City Windows & Baths’ window, bath, and kitchen solutions, answers basic questions, and schedules qualified, no-obligation in-home consultations for In-Home Sales Representatives. This is an entry-level sales role focused on generating interest and making a positive first impression; closing deals is not expected. The position offers a guaranteed starting wage of $20 per hour, uncapped performance-based bonuses, paid training from Day 1, and opportunities for career growth, including a Manager in Training program and a pathway into in-home sales. No sales experience is required.
