About The Position

As part of the Field Marketing team at Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, the Canvasser meets homeowners in local neighborhoods, starts conversations, and helps schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level sales role focused on creating interest and making a positive first impression; closing deals is not expected. No experience is required, and paid training is provided from Day 1. The position offers a guaranteed starting rate of $20 per hour, uncapped bonuses, and career growth opportunities, including a Manager in Training program. Requirements

No previous sales or canvassing experience is required.
Be comfortable talking with new people and starting conversations.
Have strong communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves
