About The Position
Southern Industries Home Improvement is hiring a Canvasser to engage homeowners in local neighborhoods and generate quality leads for its sales team. The role suits motivated, outgoing people who enjoy outdoor work, meeting new people, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. The company describes itself as a family-owned business with more than 50 years of experience and over 300,000 completed projects across five states. This is a full-time position with a Monday-through-Friday schedule of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday hours of 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Compensation includes an hourly base, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses. The posting estimates annual earnings of $45,000 to $55,000, with top performers able to earn up to $60,000 annually. Southern Industries offers paid training and growth and leadership development. The canvasser’s focus is starting conversations and creating opportunities, not hard selling.
Requirements

- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
