About The Position

Trimmr LLC is seeking hands-on individuals for cannabis cultivation support roles during the fall harvest season. This is a seasonal, full-time position with flexible hours, offering up to 52 hours per week. Successful candidates will work with licensed operators, gain industry experience, and build a work record. The role involves various tasks in cultivation and post-harvest processes, both indoors and outdoors, and requires physical stamina and comfort with strong scents and varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old (NYS OCM requirement)
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid I-9 docs)
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with flexible gig work
• Reliable transportation to various local farm and processing sites
• Able to stand or work on your feet throughout your shift
• Able to perform repetitive and strenuous motions
• Able to crouch and bend
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather
