About The Position

NETA, a member of the Parallel family, is seeking motivated, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join their Cultivation and Production team in Franklin, Massachusetts. This is an evergreen opportunity to build a talent network for current and future openings. The role involves supporting various operational areas including cultivation, harvesting, processing, packaging, quality assurance, inventory management, and sanitation to bring high-quality cannabis products to life. Parallel is a large multi-state cannabis company operating in Florida, Massachusetts, and Texas, pioneering well-being through cannabis.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid government-issued photo identification
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, processes, and compliance requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, production, agriculture, food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or related industries
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Passion for plant science and commercial cultivation

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily plant care activities including watering, pruning, transplanting, and monitoring plant health.
  • Support harvest, drying, trimming, and post-harvest operations.
  • Maintain cultivation areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance.
  • Assist with product preparation, packaging, labeling, and fulfillment activities.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality standards.
  • Accurately complete production records and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of cultivation activities, inventory movements, harvests, and treatments.
  • Follow all state regulations, company policies, and seed-to-sale tracking requirements.
  • Adhere to workplace safety standards and best cultivation practices.
