About The Position
The Oncology Navigator manages the care of identified patients with cancer in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring access to high-quality care throughout the continuum. The role serves as a single point of contact for cancer patients, caregivers, and referring physicians, and provides resources and assistance in accessing clinical and non-clinical supportive care services offered by Piedmont Healthcare and its community partners.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Two years of nursing experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Georgia and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure.
Nice To Haves
- Oncology experience.
- Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN).
