About The Position

The Oncology Navigator manages the care of identified patients with cancer in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring access to high-quality care throughout the continuum. The navigator serves as a single point of contact for cancer patients, caregivers, and referring physicians, and provides resources and assistance to access clinical and non-clinical supportive care services offered by Piedmont Healthcare and its community partners.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Georgia RN licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure.

Nice To Haves

• Oncology experience.
• Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN).
