Requirements

  • Postsecondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including at least 1 year focused on campus or early talent recruitment.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with educational institutions and student communities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (experience with Workday is an asset).
  • Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.
  • A passion for engaging with students and building a talent pipeline for the future.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the campus recruitment expert, advising hiring managers and leaders on best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, colleges, and student associations across Canada.
  • Represent TTI Canada at career fairs, information sessions, and campus events to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  • Lead the full recruitment process for campus and early talent positions, including: Conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, Writing engaging job postings and interview guides, Developing and implementing campus sourcing strategies, Screening and interviewing candidates, Coordinating interview logistics and candidate communications, Managing offer approvals and onboarding coordination, Managing campus presence in alignment with employer branding.
  • Analyze recruitment data and provide insights on hiring trends, program performance, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the campus recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Travel as needed to attend campus events, representing approximately 10–20% of working time.
