Requirements

  • Relevant majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, and Engineering Technology backgrounds
  • Relevant majors: Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics; STEM majors encouraged to apply
  • Masters and PhD candidates in any relevant science or engineering field

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and maintain advanced semiconductor equipment
  • Work directly with leading semiconductor manufacturers
  • Travel and customer-facing opportunities
  • Optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • Analyze equipment performance and process data
  • Partner with engineering and customer teams
  • Work hands-on with advanced deposition technologies like ALD, PEALD, PECVD, and epitaxy to develop next-gen devices
  • Design and manage complex process development projects, analyze material performance, and turn data into breakthroughs, contributing to IP and innovation in a global R&D environment
