The Campus Operations & Admin Lead plays a key role in supporting the mission of The Crossing Midtown by ensuring the campus operates with excellence, clarity, and consistency. Working closely with the Campus Pastor, this role helps turn vision into reality by overseeing logistics, coordinating events, and managing administrative systems that support both weekend experiences and ongoing ministry. This role is both operational and relational, serving as a central point of coordination for volunteers, staff, and Central Services teams. From preparing the campus for weekends to managing events and communication, the Campus Operations & Admin Lead helps create environments where people feel welcomed, connected, and able to engage fully in the life of the church. As part of The Crossing’s ministry, this role contributes to creating spaces where people can encounter Jesus and grow in their faith through consistent, thoughtful execution and support of ministry environments. It requires a servant-hearted leader who demonstrates spiritual maturity, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in both behind-the-scenes and people-facing work.
