Requirements
- 5 years of Industry/ OneSource experience
- Advanced knowledge of OneSource Operations and Eclipse
- Proficiency using O365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities and communication skills
- Self-motivated and teamwork focused
- Desire to improve processes and associate performance
Responsibilities
- Lead month end operations and close out of all branches
- Become an expert for new operations processes and procedures
- Manage branch operations specialists to provide coverage to all necessary branches
- Act as liaison between branch operations & central distribution center operations
- Identify needs and training opportunities for branch operations specialists
- Collaborate on regional month end calls
- Collaborate with sales operations managers and other cross functional teams to support sales & customer satisfaction
