Responsibilities

  • Guide the branch administrative team, set expectations, and ensure work orders, invoicing, reporting, and documentation are accurate and on time.
  • Manage work orders, sales order support, inventory control, and purchasing — keeping projects and service work moving without bottlenecks.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, project files, and business documents that support smooth operations and strong customer service.
  • Support sales, estimating, operations, and technical services — acting as the central point of connection and information.
  • Model safe work practices and ensure administrative processes align with company expectations and compliance requirements.
